The S100 Load Cell has a proprietary sputtered thin-film strain gauge design offering long-term stability and a full Wheatstone bridge. This compact sensor, with a simple beam mounting configuration, can be used to electronically measure force or displacement in a wide variety of applications.

The B472 Pressure Sensor is a reliable sensor that offers a full Wheatstone bridge and a thin film strain gauge. Sputtered directly onto the sensor, thin film technology creates a high, long term stability and extremely low power consumption. The pressure sensor is made with stainless steel and can be used with a pressure fitting or welded to an additional pressure system component (valve or manifold). Pressure fittings can be supplied by the customer or can be custom designed for application specific mounting.

The U340 Clamp-on Flow Sensor non-invasively measures volumetric flow of liquid in 3/16” outer diameter plastic tubes. The sensor clamps-on to the outside of the tubing which makes it ideal for applications that require liquid to remain sterile. All electronics are integrated within the sensor and no external electronic board is required.

The U440 Clamp-on Flow Meter non-invasively measures volumetric flow of liquid in 1/4” outer diameter plastic tubes. The sensor clamps-on to the outside of the tubing which makes it ideal for applications that require liquid to remain sterile. All electronics are integrated within the sensor and no external electronic board is required.

This 450 gram, low profile medical reagent scale features precision thin-film strain gauge technology for unsurpassed accuracy. The reagent scale offers rugged construction, overload protection, RF immunity, and  splash resistant. This low profile scale offers a wide variety of color options, centered balanced to handle off-centered loads, long term stability, and overload protection from tension and compression. (Maximum load of 0.45 kg).

The OS2 digital optical level sensor is a small point level sensor with built-in electronics and works with no moving parts. Optical sensors are an optimal choice when looking for single-point liquid level sensing. This mini optical liquid level sensor detects the presence or absence of almost any fluid type in temperatures up to 125°C.

The CQV8300 Development Kit showcases the capabilities of our CQV Capacitive Level Sensor. Included in the kit are four CQV1000 flexible sensors, a CQV8243 control board with the necessary cables, and a bottle. The CQV Capacitive Level Sensor is flexible and capable of mounting to non-conductive vessels with a smooth surface with a minimum bend radius of 5/16”. The sensor provides an accurate and repeatable output of liquid level measurement from 0% full to 100% full by utilizing the liquids’ permittivity across the container to non-invasively determine whether liquid is present inside the vessel.  The sensor connects to CQV8423 via a 16 pin flat flex connector, capable of thousands of plug-unplug cycles.

The DSC USB Strain Module is a compact, high-performance strain gauge digital signal conditioner with USB connectivity aimed at applications that require high-accuracy measurement and repeatability. A rugged and compact ABS IP50 enclosure makes this device suitable for all environments. By simply plugging the device into a PC, data can be extracted from most strain gauge bridge input sensors and acquired by software which allows data manipulation, removing the need for amplifiers, filters, and multimeters. No additional power supply is required.
