Trommel screen is one of the early products of JONO. It is highly praised by customers for its excellent manufacturing, strong impact-resistance as well as the smooth and silent working process. Star screen, which adopts German technology, is mainly used for material sorting. The material moves in a straight line on the receiving surface of the rotating star claw, and the inorganic material smaller than the gap among the star claws is separated and sent to the collection point through the transfer belt. Materials larger than the gap are sent to the finished product warehouse by means of belt conveyor. The star claw shaft is driven by sprocket, and the star claw is imported from Germany. Each star claw is equipped with wear-resistant metal plate, which play the role of self-cleaning.

The Eddy Current Separator (ECS) is an advanced metal sorting unit that is capable of separating non-ferrous metals such as aluminium,copper,brass,alloy from dry recyclables. Nowadays it became the most economical beverage bottle sorting and recycling equipment.

Ballistic screen is one of the main sorting machine. There are many models to meet all the screening requirements. The crankshaft is driven by a decelerating motor, which drives the shaft and eccentric shaft to rotate. The eccentric shaft connects the screening plate and rotates around the crankshaft in hula hoop mode. Material is bounced up on the screening plate. Because of the difference of friction (climbing force) between the screening plate and the material, the 2D material and the 3D material are separated.

The HMS system is used to separate metals from non-metals and pick up aluminum from other metals, like copper, brass, zine, etc in large quantity.

The Flip-Flow action stretches and slackens the screen mats very quickly. This action prevents build-up of fines material in comers or pegging in the screen mat apertures. The JONO Flip-Flow can screen to very small particle sizes because of this unique action. It is used in dry screening construction waste, crushed stone, sand, compost, wood chips, recycled glass and carpet fibres, slag and recycled electronic parts to name only a few applications.

The stepped 3D screen is for large-sized materials. The JONO stepped 3D screen is carried out as a vibrating screen with a circular motion and is driven by a high-performance and equally energy efficient three-phase AC motor. The blind bottom on the infeed side guarantees an efficient utilization of the screening surface, a good material flow, increases the service life of the screening elements and reduces blocking material. The screening elements can be changed easily and quickly and are therefore easy to adjust to the different sized cuttings.
