Gas Chromatograph for BTEX, Ozone Precursors, and Methane/THC Monitoring
Synspec - Monitoring of Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Xylenes (BTEX) Analyzer
Monitoring of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes (BTEX) and other hydrocarbons in the ambient air. Synspec GC955 601 gas chromatograph (GC) is built specifically for the measurement of BTEX in ambient air. It can be utilised to simultaneously detect and measure up to 40 different components. The settings of the system can be also customised to include specific components that the client needs to measure.
Synspec - Ozone Precursor Hydrocarbon Analyser
Ozone precursors measurement in the ambient air. Synspec GC 955 series 611/811 is a combination of two gas analysers for online continuous monitoring of ozone precursors in the ambient air. GC 955 811 is specifically designed for the measurement of the hydrocarbons from C2 up to C5 and the model 611 for the hydrocarbons from C6 up to C12. With the combination of these two GCs nearly all of the compounds from the US EPA PAMS list can be measured continuously and online with a high accuracy.
Synspec - Mercaptan and Sulfide Analyser
Monitoring of Sulfur Compounds in the Ambient Air. Synspec GC 955 810 gas chromatograph is specifically designed and built for the measurement of sulfur compounds in the ambient air. The two prominent groups of sulfur compounds that can be detected with this GC are mercaptans and sulfides but additional components such as benzene can be added also. The instrument is equipped with a built-in cooled pre-concentration system and PID detector. The analyser holds a CE approval for EMC conformity.
Synspec - Methane/THC Analyser
Fast mid-range measurements in cities or near industrial areas. The GC955 118 Methane model from Synspec is specifically designed to provide fast mid-range measurements in cities and near industries. It is equipped with a compact oven with a column that separates methane from other hydrocarbons, and features an FID detector resulting in two distinct peaks: one for methane and one for total non-methane hydrocarbons (TNMHC). The GC955 118 model holds a CE approval for EMC conformity.

The Alpha 115 Methane/TNMHC Analyser is a gas chromatograph (GC) specifically designed to measure concentrations of greenhouse gas methane in the ambient air. Simultaneously, the analyser provides the sum of all other hydrocarbons in the same measurement cycle for better determination of the total air pollution. The method utilised ensures that the instrument does not only measure the concentrations of the greenhouse gas methane but simultaneously presents the sum of all other hydrocarbons, even the ones that are usually difficult to detect such as oxygenated hydrocarbons.

High-range stack measurements up to 1000 ppm. Synspec Alpha 116 gas chromatograph (GC) is built for continuous stack monitoring with high-range detection limits, up to 1000 ppm. Alongside the measurement of greenhouse gas methane, the analyser detects and presents the sum of all other hydrocarbons, ensuring precise measurement of the total air pollution. The method utilised ensures that the instrument does not only measure the concentrations of the greenhouse gas methane but simultaneously presents the sum of all other hydrocarbons, even the ones that are usually difficult to detect such as oxygenated hydrocarbons.

This model of gas chromatograph features an FID detector, computer, colour touchscreen, and GC software.

Synspec - Ultra Sensitive N2O Monitor for Ambient Air and Stack Measurements
Nitrous oxide (N2O) is a man-made green house and ozone depletion gas. Emissions from agriculture are the main source, followed by industry and energy plants. Although the concentration of N2O in the atmosphere is relatively high (330 ppbv), the day and night fluctuations are small and so are seasonal differences. Therefore, highly sensitive and stable instrumentation is needed to monitor N2O emissions in the atmosphere. This instrumentation was not commercially available up till now.
