Automatic media preparators (nutrient media preparators and nutrient media sterilizers) optimized for the preparation, sterilization and sterile filling of liquids, such as agar culture media, peptone water and buffer solutions or other sterile liquid media. Available in seven different sizes for 10 to 120 liters of media. Featuring an improved heating performance, rapid recooling, a magnetic stirrer, an inner container, temperature-interlocked dispensing nozzles and bushings for filling and supplying additives. The optimized automation regulates process times and ensures that the sterile media are of high quality.

The Systec H-Series floor-standing autoclaves of the performance category HX can be used for all laboratory applications, even for sophisticated sterilization processes and are available in 16 different sizes with 65 to 1580 liters chamber volume. The new, improved generation of Systec H-Series autoclaves comes in a new design, with a fully revamped interior and a completely new touchscreen control. The combination of new features guarantees higher work precision, easier maintenance of devices, shorter and more efficient process times. All Systec autoclaves can be upgraded on a modular basis, with options and equipment to optimize sterilization processes for performing validatable sterilization procedures.

The Systec H-Series 2D double-door/pass-through autoclaves of the performance category HX can be used for all laboratory applications, even for sophisticated sterilization processes and are available in 13 different sizes with 90 to 1580 liters chamber volume. All additional optional accessories can be fitted to obtain validatable processes. For use under the most stringent clean room and safety conditions: For biological safety laboratories, e.g. fitting as a sterilization and pass-through lock for protecting the external environment, for clean rooms in laboratories and production facilities as a sterilization and pass-through lock separating sterile and non-sterile areas.

The Systec V-series of top-loading vertical autoclaves in 8 different sizes with 40 to 150 liters chamber volume is distinguished by its small footprint and high chamber capacity. Result: optimal loading capacity with most standard media bottles and Erlenmeyer flasks.

The Systec D-Series are front-loading, bench-top autoclaves available in 7 sizes with chamber capacities ranging from 23 to 200 l. Compact on the outside but with ideal chamber capacities inside. Each size has an optimal loading capacity for most standard media bottles and Erlenmeyer flasks.

A dispensing and pouring system for automated dosing and filling of microbiological culture media in petri dishes with diameters of 35, 60, 70 and 90 mm, as well as for Bi-plates and Tri-plates and for the automatic metering of liquid media into test tubes. Depending on requirements, there are three carousel sizes for 220, 440 or 660 Petri dishes. The system is simple and intuitive to operate. For example, the dimensions of the Petri dishes being used can be called up from the database via the 5.7″ display. Sterile automatic dispensing is performed precisely via an integrated peristaltic pump. Having a range of options, the Systec Mediafill can be configured ideally for the most diverse of applications.
