TDW designs and manufactures an extensive selection of pipeline pigs for specific applications, such as liquids displacement, cleaning, batching, gauging, and specialty pigs, available in diameters up to 60-inch and ranging in aggressiveness from firm urethane to steel wire brushes. Customization and configuration options ensure tailored solutions for even the most complex pipeline conditions.

Made of high quality urethane foam with a patented, abrasion-resistant honeycomb surface texture, REDSKIN™ pigs is an economical yet effective choice for scraping and wiping the pipeline wall. Resilient and flexible, REDSKIN pigs can traverse unknown bend designs, low flow, and low-pressure operating systems, making them a strong choice for cleaning gathering and other pipelines that are challenging to pig.  

Unmatched versatility makes the OptionAll™ pig the go-to tool for nearly every application, including cleaning, gauging and batching. Four standard configurations meet most needs; customization is also available for unique requirements. OptionAll bodies are constructed of Ultra High Molecular Weight polyethylene to protect internal pipe and valve surfaces and are engineered with recessed steel bolt and locknut construction to prevent breakups in the pipeline.

Capable of moving in either direction inside the pipeline and configurable for a variety of applications, the BiDirectionALL disc pig is equipped with two guide discs and our scraper/seal discs that provide a tight seal during air and water displacement for new construction hydrotesting. Adding circular brushes, magnetic cleaning assemblies and gauging plates saves operators the expense of purchasing separate pigs for cleaning and gauging. 

Injection or batching of corrosion inhibitor fluid is an essential part of a maintenance program aimed at reducing pipeline deterioration. Unfortunately, gravity often forces inhibitor to settle along the bottom of the pipe, leaving the top vulnerable. V-Jet corrosion inhibitor pigs overcome gravity to provide a more complete coating and better protection to the entire pipe wall, even the top.

Pig passage indicators are commonly referred to as “PIG-SIGs,” a term TDW originated more than 60 years ago. They accurately detect pigs, spheres, scrapers, and other tools as they pass distinct points along the pipeline and when they reach the receiver, and can also alert operators if a pig is lost or stuck. The weatherproof and corrosion-resistant PIG-SIG® V pig passage indicator is built to withstand the most brutal environments, both onshore and topside. In addition, all components exposed to pipeline products are completely sealed to prevent leaks.

Easy to install and simple to use, the PIG-SIG® IV Passage Indicator accurately detects pigs, spheres, scrapers, and other tools as they pass distinct points along the pipeline and when they reach the receiver. That allows operators to know the general location of a pig and be alerted if it’s lost or stuck.
