TDW OptionAll - Multipurpose Pig
Unmatched versatility makes the OptionAll™ pig the go-to tool for nearly every application, including cleaning, gauging and batching. Four standard configurations meet most needs; customization is also available for unique requirements. OptionAll bodies are constructed of Ultra High Molecular Weight polyethylene to protect internal pipe and valve surfaces and are engineered with recessed steel bolt and locknut construction to prevent breakups in the pipeline.
The pigs also have proven valuable for the line filling and de-wateringassociated with hydrotesting.
Designed with very little metal in the overall assembly,OptionAll pigs can carry transmitterswithout the shieldingthat typically occurs with steel mandrel-bodied pigs. These pigs offer operators several cost-saving benefits. Because they are surprisingly light, they reduce shipping expenses. Also protecting an operator’s bottom line, OptionAll pigs are engineered with recessed steel bolt and locknut construction toprevent breakupsin the pipeline and the related costs of finding and removing debris.
OptionAll pigs are available for pipelines 4 inches to 14 inches in diameter.
