The model TWS-104 load cell is a strain gage load cell that directly replaces the QGPL-104 ABB Pressductor load cell.  By changing to strain gage technology, any strain gage instrument can now be used with these cells.  These Techweigh replacement cells will have the same body style and capacities as the ABB cells, replacing capacities from 10MT to 160MT.  The load cell utilizes the same mounting arrangement and cables, so there is no need for mechanical alterations or new cable runs.

This feature is user definable, complete with hysteresis and slew rate adjustments. All rolling mill information can be viewed at once in real time. This includes the operator side, drive side, total and differential.
