Standard Cutler Hammer MCC with TEI Integral Controls Modern Design, Flexible & Economical. The TEI Controls Duplex Lift Station Control Panel provides the electrical equipment required to operate a 2-pump lift station having motors of up to 25 horsepower at 460 volts 3-phase. It requires 4 floatswitches for level sensing and has outputs for an external alarm light and a telephone dialer (not included). It features a logic controller which can handle typical floatswitch failures and can continue to operate the lift station on only one functioning floatswitch. The unit is designed to be dependable, serviceable and simple to operate using quality corrosion-resistant materials.

The TEI Water System Control Panel is designed to provide all of the control functions of a basic water supply system. The system may consist of one or two well pumps or a fill control valve, one, two or three booster pumps, one air compressor, a ground storage tank with level sensing electrodes, and either an elevated tank with level sensing electrodes or a hydro tank with electrodes and a pressure switch.

The TEI Elevated Storage Tank Control Panel is designed to provide reliable level control, indication and alarms for an elevated water storage tank. The system consists of a digital level indicator/controller which may be adjusted to open and close a fill valve or control one or two pumps, along with an internal pressure sensor for level measurement housed in a Nema 4X fiberglass enclosure with built in heater and fixed thermostat for condensation control and freeze protection.

The chemical feed pump rate is adjustable from 2.5 to 50 gallons per day at 25 PSI. Chemical dosing is controlled by a 24 hour or 7-day programmable timer capable of up to 10 on/off cycles per day. A bypass valve vents the chemical in an overpressure condition. Unit operates on 120 volts AC and 100 hour capacitor back-up of memory and display. Unit is available housed with room for 55 gallon drum, and unhoused (as shown). A hydrogen peroxide dilute solution is generally used, although unit is capable of handling approximately 200 different chemicals.

The TEI Controls Radio Telemetry System - model 0009 is designed to be a simple, economical solution to remote telemetry problems. The model 0009 can send up to five control signals (contact closures) from a slave unit to a master unit.
