Jeffrey Rader - Stoker of Sliding Frame Reclaiming Device
Sliding frame reclaiming device. Placed in the bottom of bins or large rectangular reclaiming areas, it has a hydraulic cylinder that pushes a ladder. This ladder on the forward stroke pushes the material forward. Then the ladder retracts through the material, but because the back of the ladder is smooth the material stays in place until it pushes forward again.
Jeffrey Rader - Model CBR - Cone Bottom Reclaimer
Reclaim material from storage bins that have cone-shaped bottoms with the Cone Bottom Reclaimer (CBR). Engineered for long service life and ease of maintenance. The CBR has been engineered to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The unit is constructed of simple but rugged materials. The CBR design eliminates large rotating bearings and power slip rings typically used on other units. The reclaiming screw, bearings and drives can all be maintained and/or removed from outside of the bin and are of a standard off-the-shelf design.
