We have extensive experience in Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) Management within the retail industry and the industrial and commercial regulated community. Services include compliance consulting, corrective action project management (site characterization/testing), tank system upgrade (retrofit) management, and closure/removal consulting. We successfully completed more than 250 petroleum storage tank projects designed to maintain compliance with various state and federally mandated programs. Typical PST projects include comprehensive portfolio assessment prior to purchase/divestiture and single property remediation/corrective action.

Knowledge of and experience in Environmental Compliance and Hazardous Materials Management enables us to offer superior depth of services in this area to both industrial operators and commercial industries, as well as abandoned “brownfield” re-development tracts that require management of abandoned waste.

For those sites associated with recognized environmental conditions, and determined by testing to be impacted with chemicals or constituents regulated under certain state and/or federal programs, we offer services designed to manage these sites through clean-up or administrative closure.
