TH - Model APN - APNH - Filter Press

APN - APNH filter presses can be fitted with plates of different sizes, materials (polypropylene, steel etc.) and configurations (chamber or membrane.) Together with a range of filter plate pack opening solutions, their versatility means that they can be adapted to provide the best solution for each process, being recommended APN filter presses for medium capacity filtration processes and APNH filter press range for high capacity filtration processes.



TH - Model BDM - Microcyclone Battery

TH designs and provides solutions for grouping micro-cyclones in a compact, robust, easy-to-operate fashion for the treatment of high flow rates of solid/liquid suspensions. BDM microcyclone batteries make it possible to connect groups of microcyclones by unifying and optimising their feeding, collecting overflows and underflows. The distributors can be laid out in a ring or linear formation depending on how many microcyclones are installed and on their size.

TH - Model CH - Hydrosizer

The CH hydrosizer separates solids using a wet method based on the principle of controlled sedimentation depending on the size and/or density of particles. Hydrosizers are used mainly to obtain specific sands for use in foundries and glass manufacturing industry. The CH hydrosizer separates minerals and fines of two different specific gravities or to remove lightweight contaminants. It offers sharp classification in the range of 100 to 1500 µm. Their exclusive design ensures high treatment capacity with very low maintenance costs. The automatic discharge regulation system controlled by the bed density ensures consistent classification even when there are fluctuations in the feed specifications. The CH hydrosizer comes in two configurations, depending on its intended application: sand classification or the separation of fines or light products.

TH - Model CVR - Vibrating Screens

TH designs and builds vibrating screens for rock, gravel and sand sizing for various applications including aggregates and CDW recycling. CVR vibrating screens can be easily adapted to different processes and provide constant size distribution curves even at the highest outputs. Their simple, robust design makes CVR vibrating screens highly reliable and productive. They are designed to distribute loads evenly and thus ensure smooth running, conducive to the obtaining of constant size distribution curves whatever type of material is being processed. CVR vibrating screens are low maintenance and are configured for easy access to wear parts so as to reduce maintenance costs and make the job of operators easier.

TH - Model HCH and HCM - Hydrocyclone

TH designs and builds hydrocyclone equipment in a broad range of models and sizes to ensure high treatment capacity for the classification and separation of fine particles in solid/liquid suspensions. The modular design of HCH and HCM hydrocyclones means that their layout and operating conditions can be adapted so that the classification point can be set between 10 and 180 µm. This versatility enables them to cover numerous fields of application, including mineral sorting, sand classification, kaolin sorting, recovery of ultra-fine sand and tailing concentration.

TH - Model MLC - Centrifugal Crusher

The MLC centrifugal crusher is designed for optimal, high-quality sand production from gravel made up of non-abrasive or semi-abrasive materials. This crusher is configured to ensure a high percentage of sand production from the first run. Its centrifugal operating principle makes it the ideal crusher for the recrushing of intermediate fractions or for tertiary crushing. Easy access to the rotor and the bars, its double crushing chamber and the high rates of inertia achieved by its design ensure high output and low maintenance.

TH - Model NK-CL - Paste Thickener

NK-CL paste thickeners produce underflows concentrated to near their limit of pumpability, improving underflow densities of conventional thickeners. For applications that call for high density slurry in limited spaces, TH has a range of deep cone lamella thickeners. NK-CL paste thickeners are designed to ensure high percentages of solids in their discharge. The NK-CL paste thickener design maximizes pulp concentration, produces uniform, non-segregating underflow slurry with a paste consistency, and obtains better quality recycled water that it can be recirculated into the process. The paste thickeners include an exclusive scrapers system able to work with high density slurry. The various models of thickener incorporate a conical lamella system at the top which helps optimise the sedimentation of residual solids in the recycled water.

TH - Model NK-P/H/PP - Thickener

TH supplies a wide range of thickeners for separating solids from liquids using flocculation and sedimentation, designed to ensure effective phase separation in mining product treatment, aggregates and environmental processes. NK-P/H/PP thickeners are versatile enough to be used in the treatment of waste water from all kinds of industrial production processes, especially mining, steel making, food processing and recycling.
