APN - APNH filter presses can be fitted with plates of different sizes, materials (polypropylene, steel etc.) and configurations (chamber or membrane.) TH designs and provides solutions for grouping micro-cyclones in a compact, robust, easy-to-operate fashion for the treatment of high flow rates of solid/liquid suspensions. BDM microcyclone batteries make it possible to connect groups of microcyclones by unifying and optimising their feeding, collecting overflows and underflows. The distributors can be laid out in a ring or linear formation depending on how many microcyclones are installed and on their size.

The CH hydrosizer separates solids using a wet method based on the principle of controlled sedimentation depending on the size and/or density of particles. Hydrosizers are used mainly to obtain specific sands for use in foundries and glass manufacturing industry. The CH hydrosizer separates minerals and fines of two different specific gravities or to remove lightweight contaminants. It offers sharp classification in the range of 100 to 1500 µm. Their exclusive design ensures high treatment capacity with very low maintenance costs. The automatic discharge regulation system controlled by the bed density ensures consistent classification even when there are fluctuations in the feed specifications. The CH hydrosizer comes in two configurations, depending on its intended application: sand classification or the separation of fines or light products.
