Thaletec - Glass Lining for Chemical Equipment

RAS Glass blue is the "workhorse" our glass linings for the process industry. This glass lining is almost universally applicable and has a dark blue or cobalt blue color. RAS Glass blue is universally chemicals resistant and can be used for the glass linings of all sorts of components and vessels. Except for a few exceptions, RAS Glass blue is also used for the glass linings of our standardized spare parts, which match also the equipment of other manufacturers, that you can get from THALETEC. Thaletec Condusist - Electrically Conductive Glass-Lining

THALETEC CONDUSIST is an electrically conductive glass-lining. It is used when process conditions or the media processed can cause the creation of electrical charges. CONDUSIST discharges the electrical charges before they can damage the glass-lining. CONDUSIST can be applied to all parts. It makes sense though to apply CONDUSIST to parts only that are exposed to moving liquids inside a reactor or tank, such as the reactor itself, baffles and agitators. Besides CONDUSIST, THALETEC offers more products and services around electrically charging processes, such as gaskets, CIP-Systems or Workshops.

Thaletec - Glass Lined Pressure Filters

Glass lined pressure filters are simple and easy to handle appliances for the filtration. The filtration process inside a glass lined pressure filter works as follows: A liquid flows through a fleece with a certain einer bestimmten mesh size or is pressured throuth it. This way the filtered fluid, the filtrate, can run down. On the fleece residues are retained during the process, which are called the filter cake.

Thaletec - Glass Lined Storage Tanks

Through their chemically inerte glass linings, storage tanks from THALETEC offer optimal conditions for the storage of your products to maintain their quality. THALETEC manufactures tanks that are standing, lying or any other customized design. The maximum manufacturable volume is 110,000l (30 gal.). For special conditions THALETEC offer also tanks assembled with agitators. Corresponding drives you find in the section Agitation technology.

Thaletec - Customized Glass Lined Columns

THALETEC manufactures any customized glass lined Columns upon customer requests. Columns of any necessary height can be manufactured with flange diameters between 200 mm to 2,000 mm and a max. height of up to 5,500 mm. From a nominal size of 400 mm the components are connected with clamp screws, smaler sizes with loose flanges. Optionaly THALETEC also some customer requirements of reduced tolerance deviations acc. to DIN 28007-2, Quality level f. This results in lower flange flanges unevenesses and thereby easier sealing of flanges vereinfachte Abdichtung der Flansche der column elements between each other. Quality made in Germany.

Thaletec LiquiPulse - Jet Stream Mixer

THALETEC LiquiPulse jet stream mixers are agitators consisting of a drive, an agitator and a ring enclosing the agitator, the socalled stator. With relatively low power input, making them very economical, LiquiPulse jet stream mixers from THALETEC can be used for the rapid and effective mixing and homogenisation of tank contents. On account of the mixing principle, LiquiPulse jet stream mixers can be installed centrically, eccentrically or laterally in tanks and need no further tank installations to fulfil the task of stirring. For fast and accurate temperature measurement in the stirring medium, THALETEC LiquiPulse jet stream mixers are equipped with a FlexSens 100 temperature probe (2xPT100 in 4-circuits-design).
