Thaletec - Glass Lined Storage Tanks
Through their chemically inerte glass linings, storage tanks from THALETEC offer optimal conditions for the storage of your products to maintain their quality. THALETEC manufactures tanks that are standing, lying or any other customized design. The maximum manufacturable volume is 110,000l (30 gal.). For special conditions THALETEC offer also tanks assembled with agitators. Corresponding drives you find in the section Agitation technology.
Our modern, linear, automatic flame cutting machines guarantee an optimum fit of necking and nozzles. With a range of up to 4m, they belong to the world`s largest fully automatic cutting robots of their kind. The total of 100 m of welded seams on each reactor are made using our automatic submerged welding system consisting of a tandem plant with two welding heads in a resource-saving process.
Glass lined tanks are made to DIN 28018 or 28019 or engineered and manufactured according to our customers` requirements.
