Waste Management Consultancy
The Initiates Limited undertakes Contaminated Land investigation and characterisation including detailed Remediation study and Planning. The Company has carried out detailed contaminated land investigation for Mobile in Bonny; Field study of gaseous emission/contamination for Agip in Futual (Bayelsa State) and Oil Spill sites for Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs.The Company also participated (specifically in Waste Management Plan) in the development of the Regional Master Plan for Niger Delta. Also TIL Designed a Wastewater Treatment Facility for ELF Nigeria and developed a Facility Waste Management Procedure for SHELL Gabon.
Cleaning & Decontamination Services
TIL undertakes Industrial Cleaning, Facility and Land Decontamination. TIL in conjunction with her international partners (CREST ENVIRONMENTALS-UK) also carry out TEL and highly poisonous chemical System de-contamination.TIL is also involved in CFC/HCFC Recovery and Reclamation from Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) cabinets like Chillers, Air conditioners etc.The Initiates Limited uses mobile and automated tank cleaning system for on-line cleaning of Storage tanks, FPSOs, Lagoons, Server pits and Vessels. The System is capable of surrification of hard deposit banks, evacuation, cleaning, treatment and recovery of over 97% hydrocarbon content from sludge. This system is fast, safe and requires no man-entry.

The Initiates Limited processes an array of waste types and is licensed by The Directorate of Petroleum Resources (DPR), Federal and State Ministries of Environment. Our broad waste process technologies guarantees cost effectiveness and minimal environmental liability.We have in our Treatment Plants portfolio: Thermal Desorption, Incinerator, Immobilization and Waste-specific equipment.

The Initiates currently processes drilling Waste with its 10tons/hour Plant recovering quality base-oil for reuse. We also accept Water-based mud for dehydration and residue stabilized for construction workers.
