The GAS MASTRRR Series 32V submersible design allows chemicals to be flash mixed directly into a water stream, channel, chamber, or rapid mix box with superior velocity gradient mixing intensity. The Series 32V is vacuum style for gas or liquid chemical induction flash mixing. The Series 32NV is non-vacuum style for liquid chemical flash mixing.

The GAS MASTRRR Series 32PT submersible design allows liquid chemicals to be non-vacuum flash mixed directly into the water stream, channel, chamber, or rapid mix box with superior velocity gradient mixing intensity. The units are available with an optional Titanium external feed style for high scaling or aggressive chemicals. Units may be installed in an upstream or down stream orientation depending on the chemical and application. They easily install with new or retrofit with existing chemical feed equipment. Stainless steel guide rails and lifting crane/hoists are available for easy retrieval of the unit for maintenance inspection.

The GAS MASTRRR Series 32XP explosion proof submersible mixers are designed for flash mixing of Chlorine solution or Sodium Hypochlorite into SSO & CSO basins for storm water or wastewater overflow high rate disinfection. The non-vacuum design allows liquid chemicals to be flash mixed directly into in small or large channels and basins. The mixer is available in ranges from 3 - 25HP for feed rates up to 70 GPM liquid chemical per unit.

SERIES 35F - Designed (or non-vacuum (lash mixing of liquid chemicals into pipelines (rom 6" up to 36". The mixer utilizes a UHMW Polyethylene rotating distributor to disperse the chemical mix in a 360 degree radial discharge pattern.

SERIES - Designed (or non-vacuum flash mixing of liquid chemicals into into pipelines from 6* lo over 100*. The mixer utilizes a rotating Masteloy-C propeller to disperse the chemical mix in an axial discharge pattern.

The SARAPE control panel is designed for automatic blanket control as ambient temperature drops and rises. The control panel automatically turns the SARAPE  blankets on as the ambient temperature drops below 60º degree (F) and turns the blankets off as ambient temperature rises above 75º degree (F).
