The In-house Sirius team provide advisory support and investigation and assessment services for our clients as they acquire and dispose of land, property and assets.Our advisory  teams work with clients to assess portfolios, individual sites and property assets, providing advice throughout the process and cost and risk advice to be used in the development and /or management of these sites.

Sirius provides site characterisation and assessment for clients across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.Our in-house Geotechnical and Environmental team is made up of experienced, pragmatic, specialist and expert; Geologists, Geo-technicians, Civil Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Environmental Scientists, Risk and Hazard Assessors and Remediation Designers.We help our clients understand the engineering and environmental conditions at their sites and to develop management plans to manage risks and access opportunities.

The management, purchase, sale and development of contaminated and brownfield sites, requires accurate assessment of the risks, costs and opportunities presented by these sites.Our unique ability to engage our contracting teams during projects, allows us to provide firm cost and risk advice which if required can be fixed for inclusion in site appraisals and land transactions.

Our engineering design teams work predominantly at the early stages of projects as we work with clients to develop concept designs, feasibility assessments and in Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) engagements. As part of our internal integrated teams, our engineering design teams support our projects as they move to the construction phase as we optimise designs, value engineer projects and secure third party approvals & consents.

The Sirius group can deliver development planning and environmental permitting services through its sister company Stratus Environmental. Stratus has a team of chartered town planners, landscape architects, designers and environmental specialists with a strong track record of delivering successful planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Permit applications for all types of development project including mixed uses residential, retail, commercial, energy (including wind) and waste management uses.
