ThermTech - Electrostatic Precipitator

An Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) is a highly energy efficient abatement solution for oily smoke fumes, using only 30 Watts/1000m³/hour, compared to an incinerator at 3KW/1000m³/hour. The oily fumes are usually generated at high temperatures and the ESP works at low temperatures. The Heat Recovery system required to cool the gases is a valuable source of income to offset the equipment cost.

ThermTech - Pressure Vessel

A Pressure vessel can be used for a wide variety of applications including water treatment, food manufacture, scientific research and industrial manufacturing. Creating these pressure vessels requires flexibility as well as considerable manufacturing expertise. Pressurised containers are required to meet a variety of specifications and certifications such as the pressure equipment directive and PD5500. In order to be deemed safe for operation these considerations must be followed closely by designers and manufacturers.
