Waste Disposal Administration Software Systems
Those who are outside the Waste Industry know little about the complexity of the business. Waste companies pickup the trash at the curb and the customer is happy. But few actually understand that most of the time, a waste company is actually a combination of three separate and distinct operations: residential, commercial and industrial. Each has its own customers, containers, schedule of service, billing method, invoicing and accounts receivable types and issues. AND, of course if you have a landfill, transfer station or recycling facility, that only adds a fourth business type to service!
Quarry & Plant Administration Software Systems
The administration of a mining operation is a challenging operation beyond the actual operational issues of crushing stone, creating a variety of asphalt products, tracking, billing of and paying for contract trucking services. Just the creation of pricing tables for the variety of products and environments can be a challening task all by itself. Although we have not brought this software product to the mining industry till now, our singular customer has been with us for over twenty years. They have used our software for all aspects of their administrative operations other than payroll. Our software includes an interface withAggressor Automation, Ontario, Canada system to run asphalt plants. It allows the administration of asphalt customer accounts, adding new customers and job sites, and processing tickets for both products and hauling. The stone quarry loads are processed usingRice Lake Weighing Systems, Wisconsin scale interface to read the load weights and maintain tare weights. Cartage charges are added after the deliveries including both the billing charges and hauler payment rates where contract truckers are used. Pro-forma trucker bills/invoices are created, sent to the hauling com-pany, verified and then processed for payment. Our financial management system is designed for both single and multiple cooperation environments. Our system is built on a Progress Software Database platiform used in an endless list of big data environments around the world.
Election Statistical Research, Analysis & List Management System
The election of November 2020 awakened the average citizen to the need to watch the election process including processes followed, voting machines and equipment used, ballot document movements and many other aspects of the election. Some say the 2020 election was the most honest and secure in history, but many others disagree. Since the November 2020 election there has been an ongoing review of all aspects of the election process and laws. Election security and protocols are rapidly changing, but most im- portantly when citizens get involved, the election process remains secure and more outstanding men and women will run for office. This will keep our government healthy, honest and good for the future growth of our country.
Medium &?Small Administrative System
Wired or Wireless, which is better or maybe which fits your environment better? Wireless technology has improved greatly over the last ten years and continues to do so. But in most environments it is still slower than a wired system and still depends on wired transmitter points in your facility. In a small office environment you can choose either without a problem, but once you are in a situation where there are several offices, and possibly multiple floors, the delivery of signal becomes more challenging. Selection of the tools for transmitting and their appropriate locations becomes much more critical to your success.
System Technology Problem Research & Solution Design
When a marketing department drives any sales process without reasonable controls, the process leads to the release of imperfect products, containing bugs and always lacking documentation. When it comes to computer technology this problem is extremely serious. Technology personnel spend an endless number of hours trying to provide solutions for those problems. If you are an end user, you have been frustrated more than once when your favorite software is updated and the look/feel (how it worked) has been changed. In most cases you can trace it back to the marketing department. They need to sell something new, so they release a new version with truly a few new features, but now everything works differ- ently. Simply it is done to be able to get that upgrade sale from you. But, in general, any time a programmer make changes to software code, they leave behing bugs. It then takes that software company to release multiple fix releases over time make it stable again.
