About Us
Our firm was founded in 1978 by Dr. David Keith Todd, an internationally recognized expert in groundwater hydrology and author of the widely-respected textbook, Groundwater Hydrology. Dr. Todd was an eminent professor and an accomplished speaker; we invite you to view his 2002 presentation to the California Colloquium on Water, which provides an introduction to groundwater basin management. As a pioneer in the field of groundwater, Dr. Todd mentored several of today's leaders in groundwater hydrology. Dr. Todd passed away in April 2006.
Dr. Iris Priestaf, President of Todd Groundwater, has more than 30 years of experience in groundwater assessments with a specialization in groundwater basin management.
Dr. Priestaf applies research and teaching at the university level to the practical issues of consulting. She directs both the technical and business aspects of company operations.
Our key management at Todd Groundwater includes Phyllis Stanin, Vice President and Principal Geologist. Our staff includes geologists, hydrogeologists, geographers, environmental managers, and civil engineers, all highly qualified in the groundwater field.
