We are accredited to perform construction materials testing by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. Our quality system, audit and review procedures are contained in the TTL Quality Assurance Manual. TTL is responsible for maintaining an effective quality control system. The quality control system consists of plans, procedures, and organization necessary to produce an end product, which complies with the contract requirements. The system covers all construction operations, both on-site and off-site, and is keyed to each proposed construction sequence.
