Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) - Anaconda
High efficiency equipment for physico-chemical treatments. It separates solid particles from liquids by means of advanced FADAR® (high performance dissolved air flotation) flotation technology. Thanks to the advanced FADAR® technology, our equipment produces a stream of micro air bubbles that adhere to the floccules, raising them to the surface where a system of scrapers drags the sludge bed generated to the hopper that collects the sludge, reducing the total suspended solids by up to 90%, reducing the COD and obtaining a sludge dryness of around 6%. The dissolved air flotation float range consists of four different models.

Rotary Screens - Defender
Rotary screens are pretreatment equipment used to separate solid waste from clean water through a filtering drum. This drum can have either mesh, screen or perforated depending on the type of solids to be treated. They are independent equipments with self-cleaning systems and automatic operation thanks to the support of an electrical panel. We have developed an optional intelligent program for our machines. It is equipped with a frequency inverter specifically designed for the motor, which guarantees low energy consumption. It operates as a stand-alone machine that does not require any configuration or parameterization, just plug and play. The TR-Smart integrates a data logger based on historical values, which calculates the optimal starting speed in any application, avoiding overflow and the frequency converter adjusts the screen speed automatically. In addition, it measures the amount of dirt accumulated on the equipment and decides when to start the cleaning cycle.

The function of the lamellar settler is to remove suspended semi-heavy and heavy particles (grit, clay and lime) from the water. These elements hinder subsequent treatment by producing deposits in hydraulic conduits, piping and channels and causing abrasion to pump impellers and equipment etc. In the decanter it is where solids are separated from the treated water.
