Health and Safety

At Trace, health and safety is our priority, and our objective is Zero Incidents. Our program is led by the Executive Team and the Management Team (including Supervisors); a philosophy that we’ve believed in since inception.

Executives, Managers, and Supervisors have safety goals to tour worksites, inspect worksites, lead health and safety meetings, and in general – talk about safety. Our President and CEO is, and always has been, our Corporate Safety Officer.

We believe in providing all of the required equipment, clothing, and extensive on-the-job training our people need to be safety leaders. Positive reinforcement is a critical component to our program; therefore, we recognize exceptional performance on the spot and at quarterly and annual meetings.

The following policy outlines our commitment to health and safety:

Environmental consulting is our business and we also ensure our own operations consider environmental sustainability. Across our company we consider the environmental aspects of everything we purchase, and strive to be waste minimization leaders in each office through office recycling, composting, waste reduction, and reuse programs.
