At Tri-Phase, our services include the remediation and abatement of all types of hazardous materials including asbestos, mould, lead, PCBs, mercury, arsenic and guano.  We secure all required permits and develop site-specific health, safety and work plans.

Tri-Phase also offers a full range of industrial services that can be used in conjunction with other services or for specialized projects.

Here at Tri-Phase, Our experienced and knowledgeable staff has dealt with all types of PCB-containing materials and equipment including transformers, capacitors, ballasts, soil, groundwater and assorted liquids and solids.  We provide a full range of services for PCB management and cleanup, including project design, to acquiring all required approvals and permits, project management and implementation. Our combined field and disposal services enable us to remove not only transformers, but all high voltage electrical equipment.  We decontaminate transformer vaults and manholes and have both the capability and resources to provide emergency spill response services and on-site water treatment.

A lot of factors can come into play when deciding whether to renovate or rebuild.  Tri-Phase can help make that decision easier. We are knowledgeable about zoning laws, which dictate how close a structure may be built to the property line or how much square footage can be used for an addition.

Tri-Phase is a licensed Well Contractor and all our drillers are licensed Well Technicians.  Our experience, equipment and resources allow us to deliver the specific requirements of any geotechnical or environmental project.

At Tri-Phase, we also perform property restoration work. In cases where properties sustain damage as a result of natural causes such as fires, floods and wind, as well as by vandalism, neglect and accidents. Tri-Phase will restore the property to its pre-existing condition. We also have the skills to preform the specialized restoration work necessary with properties deemed historically significant.
