Tri Tool - Model Surefire 1.5 - Pipe Beveler for Boiler Maintenance

Tri Tool`s new Surefire 1.5 cordless pipe beveler gives you the freedom to work in the field and in situ without compromising performance or precision. This lightweight, battery-powered machine features small diameter culling heads which allow for rapid, accurate machining in tight spaces, making it perfect for boiler use in water-wall cutout windows and between boiler panels. Stiffening plates add ridigity to ensure smooth, accurate cuts, even on heavy wall pipe. The Surefire 1.5 bevels and faces mild, chrome and stainless steels, as well as copper-nickel alloys and aluminum.

Pipe facer/beveler featuring Surefire quick change mounting pads for clean, square weld preps on thin wall pipe and tube. The through hardened mandrel, solid milled body with a heavy-duty gear set, and tapered roller bearings ensure rigidity and reliability. The machine is light weight and has adjustable torque keys that prevent cutting vibrations producing smoother cuts.
