Pumps - Vertical Pump
Trillium Floway - Model VTP - Vertical Turbine Pump
Floway VTP (Vertical Turbine Pump) is a vertical close coupled, single or multistage turbine pump, with a cast or fabricated discharge head, top mounted motor, and closed suction or wet pit design. This pump is available in a variety of material combinations for multiple applications. The Floway® VTP features a special toleranced motor coupling and jacking posts for precise motor and pump shaft alignment, special impeller balancing, and reduced run-out on motor base resulting in industry leading low vibration levels. In addition the Floway VTP has a tapered collet impeller mounting option for easy installation, lateral adjustment, and low hydraulic thrust, and a semi-open impeller option for solids handling capability, or flanged column option for ease of assembly.
Trillium Floway - Model VHP – API 610 (VS1/VS6) - Vertical Turbine Pump
The Floway VHP pump is API 610 current edition compliant, vertical close coupled, single or multistage turbine pump, with a fabricated discharge head, top mounted motor, and wet pit (VS1) or closed suction (VS6). The Floway VHP can withstand higher pressures with premium efficiencies and low operating costs. The available low-NPSH impeller allows for a reduced barrel length. The pump bowl assembly is characterized as low energy per stage resulting in a broad flow range with excellent hydraulic stability. The “O” ring joints throughout pump eliminates leaking for higher pressure applications. A throttle bearing provides shaft support and allows for higher operating pressures.
Pumps Brand - WSP
Trillium WSP - Chop-Flow Pumps
Created by the same engineers and manufactured side-by-side with the dependable WEMCO pumps, the WSP™ Chop-Flow pump is just as rugged and dependable. It chops as it pumps, keeping oversized solids and stringy material from clogging your downstream process.
Valves - Control Valves
Trillium - Model BV 10000 - Butterfly Valves
The Batley Valve BV 10000 Swingthrough is a versatile and robust control valve that is suitable for many process applications. The standard range of Butterfly Valves has been designed to give cost effective flow control of liquids and gases where a complete tight shut-off is not essential. The ‘swing-through’ vane, which has no contact with the valve body, enables the valves to be used with high pressures and a wide range of temperatures.
Trillium Blakeborough - Model BV830 & 831 Series - Control Valve
The Blakeborough BV830 & 831 series are popular top and skirt-guided control valves available to customers in a variety of trims, capacities, and options. The BV830 & BV831 valves are designed for either blending two different flows or for dividing a flow into two proportional streams.
Model BV 502/3/4 - Small Globe Control Valve
Small globe control valve for a wide variety of process applications. The BV 502/3/4 is a range of small bore globe / angle valves used to give accurate control on low flow applications. The body design can be supplied in either cast or forged materials.
Angle - Model BV990 / 992 - High Pressure Process Control Valve
The BV990 / 992 high pressure cage trim series of control valves are designed to meet the requirements of most process control applications. The valves incorporate high integrity features with a wide range of standard and high-duty trims available.
Model BV802 / 803 - Contour Trim Control Valves
The BV802 / 803 single seated valve offers high rangeability, tight shut-off capability and can also be fitted with anti-cavitation/low noise trims. The range of top and bottom guided valves is suited to a wide range of general process applications, such as water, steam, oil, gases and the majority of chemical services. The basic design incorporates a standard contour or ‘V‘ Port plug form as the control element, however, the valves construction allows more specialised trims to be fitted.
Model BV800 / 801 - Contour Trim Control Valves
The BV800 / 801 double seated valve offers high capacity on low to medium pressure drop applications.
Model BV830 - 3-Way Valve
The BV830 Series control valve is suitable for mixing and splitting applications. Valves in the three way series are most commonly used for proportional blending or splitting of two flows. There are three basic configurations: The two inlet connections with common branch outlet type (BV830) allows proportional blending of two flows into one stream. The valve can also be used for flow splitting duties with one inlet and two outlets if flow is in reverse. For proportional flow splitting the two outlet with common inlet branch type (BV831) is recommended. The valve is designed to divert a quantity of the process medium from one section of the system to another. On applications requiring a tight shut off at high pressure drops a balanced design (BV832) would be selected. This design can be used only on flow splitting services.
