The 6711E Stringing Block is specifically designed for installation of distribution conductors and is normally used at the first and last span poles or on any other distribution application where a heavier load or a larger conductor bending radius is desirable such as on 45° to 90° turns or on heavy compound angles.With a variety of suspension fittings the 6711E can be fitted to slings, chain davits, or with the optional adjustable base can be installed on cross arms.

The ability to operate equally well as a puller or a tensioner means that this unit can pull out old conductor, wind it on a scrap reel, unload it and tension out the new conductor all with one machine.

The T50/52 BWRC Bullwheel tensioner / reel carrier is designed to install single conductor or fiber optic groundwire on transmission lines. Elastomer lined bullwheels with 1.5” grooves can handle conductors up to 1272 MCM and provide protection to delicate fiber cables. The bullwheels are tilted for groove alignment to eliminate any twisting being imposed on the cable. The lining segments are bolted on for easy replacement in case they are worn or damaged.

The TSE Model T50H/52 DD BWRC hydraulic tensioner / reel carrier is designed for conductor stringing, reconductoring and groundwire installation at infinitely adjustable tensions from 1,000 lbs. to 5,000 lbs. Each component of this hydraulic tensioner / reel carrier has been designed to withstand rough field service throughout years of stringing operations. The frame is a heavy duty weldment of thick-walled structural steel, which maintains the critical alignment of the bullwheel and brake discs. The open sided bullwheel frame design facilitates the threading of line. The bullwheels are hydraulically controlled providing smooth infinite adjustment and eliminating conductor surge. A pressure gauge and performance chart, mounted on a control panel, are provided to indicate the tension in the conductor.

The Beam Flip Model 2003 self loading reel carrier is designed to transport a loaded conductor reel and release conductor under lost tension in distribution line stringing. The unit incorporates a hydraulically pivoting frame, which facilitates reel changes.
