TÜV Rheinland offers a broad range of service for determining compliance with the In-Vitro Diagnostic Device Directive. To achieve certification, our team first determines the correct classification and intended use of the device, followed by an inspection and evaluation of the design of the product, technical documentation, and conformity to the directive. IVD testing is completed by an on-site audit of production facilities and management documentation. TÜV Rheinland can issue IVDD certification following the successful completion of these steps.
