We ensure that all our employees are fully trained to use our equipment and to carry out their work in the safest manner. Health and Safety is a primary consideration starting at the recruitment process for new employees and spreads throughout the company, highlighted as an extremely important element to each individual`s role and responsibility.

All crews are provided with appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) and provided instruction on how to use it as well as why they must use it.

Briefings prior to the commencement of drilling as well as daily site meetings, keeping everyone informed, are also an important part of our processes.

In addition to our employees being fully trained and able to work safely, we also realize our equipment needs to be well maintained. To ensure reliability and the safe operation of our machines, we have our own in house mechanic who carries our regular inspections and performs preventative maintenance procedures. This not only ensures our equipment operates correctly and safely but minimizes downtime and allows us to get on with providing our service to you, safely.
