Tyne Pressure Testing is a specialized pressure testing facility that delivers advanced testing services across various sectors. The company offers hyperbaric and hydrostatic testing solutions, employing nine chambers capable of testing pressures up to 1,500 Bar/21,755 psi and simulating water depths to 4,500 meters. Its capabilities extend to temperature testing in environmental bays that handle extreme conditions ranging from -160°C to +300°C, addressing the needs of industries such as defence, subsea, civil nuclear, oil and gas, petrochemical, renewables, and exploration. The facility includes a hydrostatic chamber that can withstand up to 3,450 Bar/50,000 psi, crucial for subsea and topside product testing. Gas pressure testing in bays up to 6 meters long utilizing nitrogen or helium is also available. Additionally, on-site testing services cater to high volume components directly at client locations. The assembly area, equipped with a 50-tonne overhead crane and customized tooling, supports diverse services managed by experienced personnel. Tyne Pressure Testing is part of the British Engines Group and adheres to industry standards such as API and ASME for its operations.
