Turning your scraps to briquettes using a briquetter is one of the best ways to increase their price. This is where our automated Hydraulic Briquette Press BP500A comes in. It produces up to 600 briquettes per hour and can tackle non-stop operation 24/7. Our equipment could be also used for pressing non-ferrous metal, paper or any secondary product of the farming industry. Hydraulic Briquette Press BP500A meets all the requirements of the EU and also is certified as a “Green Energy” product.

UMP TECHNIKA - Hammer Mill
Wood chips are a common by-product generated by woodworking companies during the manufacturing process. Due to low options for realization wood chips are usually discarded by selling it to heating plants for a low price. Our MM-1500 hammer mill allows companies to turn wood chips into briquettable sawdust by shredding and crushing it through metal screens also known as sieves. Quick-release hatches allow quick and easy access for maintenance while keeping workers safe. Blades of the machine are not fixed and spin freely due to the centrifugal principle. This means that blades take less damage on impact and have an extended lifetime. Fixed blades can be ordered if required for specific produce. The mill can be ordered to fit various produce and applications ranging from pharmaceuticals, spice production, chemical and mineral. The perforated sieves and blades are easily interchangeable to adjust for different types of materials and purposes.
UMP TECHNIKA - Automated Heat & Shrink Wrap Packing Machine
Briquetting is a great cost-saving measure for companies. Further improvement of the efficiency and quality of packing pays off. APS-4 is fit for a wide range of shrink wrapping with single or multi-row products. Automated alignment and placement feature improves the production efficiency and allows for the product to operate 24/7. When paired with UMPT briquette presses & our transportation table, this machine can support up to 4 BPA600A presses and produce up to 5 bags of briquettes per minute. After packaged in high-quality polyethene film the products have a compact and neat appearance which ensures the items’ integrity, the convenience of transportation and resistance to humidity.
UMP TECHNIKA - Sawdust Bunker and Filling Hopper Houses
UB180 sawdust bunker and filling hopper houses up to 2.8m3 of sawdust and supplies it to a single, or twin BP500A briquette press systems to ensure their maximum efficiency. Our system uses a 0.9kW electric engine which is both efficient and reliable. The bunker is designed to be placed on top of existing briquette presses to save up valuable floor space.
UMP TECHNIKA - Automated Pallet Dispenser
Automated pallet dispenser is the backbone of your automation processes. Loaded with up to 10 euro pallets (1200×800 or 1200×1200), it removes the need to prepare each pallet manually, saving time and reducing strain on employees. Instead, the unit dispenses pallets with a pre-set algorithm onto a motorised roller conveyor, which transports them for further processing. PD-10 can be used in line with various palletising solutions.
UMP TECHNIKA - Shipping Container Unloading System
Product is used as an unloading system for large scale silos and cyclone bunkers. Allows converting standard shipping containers to be used as bunkers for bulk produce. Can be used with sawdust, different types of grain and other bulk materials. Ensures a fast, stable and reliable way to unload silos and bunkers while using the full potential of the storage unit without the need of a hopper.
UMP TECHNIKA - Custom Furniture Assembly Machine
A task was provided to UMP Technika by a client to build a non-standard furniture assembly table which would be fitting to the highest standards of IKEA. The machine has to create a single, end-customer-friendly part out of several different pre-manufactured objects by glueing and pressing them together. The highest assembly quality standards had to be met, as every part built will be tested to make sure that each piece of the furniture will serve well in the houses of end customers.
