With over 15 years of experience and knowledge in different ranges of hydraulic areas acquired from his work on Humet group, Julio Marco decided in 1979 to try selling his own designed range of irrigation products under the commercial name PROSUR. In this early years of activity his new own pivot’s software was created to help his clients with the management of their center and lateral pivots and supplying all the products needed to achieve greater water use efficiency. Under this premise, the company began exporting its own sprinklers with a great acceptance in the international market. This increase of sales made possible to set up Unirain, S.A., in 1986, which continued increasing its market share.
