Pressure

UE - Electronic Switch and Transmitter

The ONE Series is a multifunctional device – switch, gage, and transmitter – that installs via a single process connection while utilizing existing wiring, reducing installation cost. Patented IAW (I Am Working) self-diagnostics continuously communicate its health status, and increases operational and maintenance efficiency. Set point and deadband are fully adjustable and easily programmed through the display keypad or via HART connection. Certified for hazardous location, intrinsically safe and non-incendive area classifications. Typical applications that utilize the One Series include controlling rotating equipment – pumps, compressors, turbines, seal pot monitoring, filter monitoring, BOP and wellhead control, and cryogenic monitoring for LNG storage and transport.

UE - Pressure and Temperature Switch

The 100 Series is simple to install and operate for alarm, safety and emergency shutdown applications where preserving process uptime, and protecting personnel and equipment are paramount. A rugged switch, the 100 Series is ideal for both heavy industry and the OEM, and carries global agency certification. As an electromechanical switch, it can safely operate independently of the control system and switch reliably when called upon, free from potential communication errors or cyber concerns. Typical applications that utilize the 100 Series include controlling rotating equipment – pumps, turbines, and compressors, heat tracing, fire suppression systems, and fuel/gas trains.

UE - Pressure and Temperature Switch

The 400 Series is simple to install and operate, providing end-users multi-output alarm, safety and emergency shutdown functionality. It carries global agency certification. As an electromechanical switch, it can safely operate independently of the control system and switch reliably when called upon, free from potential communication errors or cyber concerns. Typical applications that utilize the 400 Series include regulating industrial gas production, and controlling assets like pumps, turbines, and compressors.

UE - Pressure and Temperature Switch

The 12 Series offers process end-users and OEMs, safety and control reliability in a rugged, compact design for alarm and emergency shutdown applications. It is certified to the requirements of ANSI/ISA 12.27.01 and NFPA 70 that stress the importance of properly sealing electrical equipment to prevent process media from entering the electrical conduit system no additional components or labor required. SIL 2 certification simplifies use in safety instrumented systems (SIS). Typical applications that utilize the 12 Series include offshore production safety panels, rotating equipment, fire suppression systems, BOP accumulator systems, and CO2 injection skids.

UE - Pressure Switch

The 10 Series pressure switch is designed for light industrial applications as well as for OEM equipment. A compact, cylindrical design and choice of electrical terminations make the 10 Series simple to install and operate. OEMs can choose from standard models with a variety of options or work with our application engineers to custom design a product solution. Typical applications that utilize the 10 Series include medical equipment, fire suppression systems, mobile hydraulic units, transportation brake systems, and compactors and balers.

Differential Pressure

UE Delta-Pro - Differential Pressure Switch

The 24 Series Delta-Pro offers OEMs and light industrial users a cost-effective, reliable switch for alarm and shutdown applications. It is simple to install and operate and complies with North American approvals as well as CE Low Voltage (LVD) and Pressure Equipment Directives (PED) for Europe. OEMs can choose from standard models or work with our application engineers to custom design a product solution. Typical applications that utilize the 24 Series include pumps, water filtration systems, HVAC, and gas processing.

Temperature

UE - Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs)

UE’s Applied Sensor Technologies (AST) division designs and manufactures single and dual element RTDs, referencing IEC 751. Our expertise in product packaging, manufacturing techniques, and component sourcing allow us to provide you reliable, stable sensors with hardware and output flexibility, for general industrial and OEM use. Typical applications that utilize RTDs include lab equipment, heat tracing, commercial appliances, and water treatment skids.

Gas

Vanguard WirelessHART - Fixed Point Gas Detector

The Vanguard WirelessHART, fixed point gas detector is designed to detect gas emissions in areas with power and signal wire limitations. It significantly reduces engineering and deployment time and costs. A true wireless device with 5-year battery life and wireless HART communication, Vanguard utilizes interchangeable toxic or combustible sensors that can be hot swapped via UE’s patented FlexSenseTM technology.

Thermocouple

UE - Thermocouple and RTD Assembly Kit

Maintenance professionals rely on the Sensor Box™ to build a variety of thermocouple and RTD assemblies on-site, when needed and within minutes. It provides process end-users with an alternative to expediting emergency orders, and carrying large amounts of temperature sensor inventory. By combining common parts – sensor types and hardware – into a modular system, a relatively small amount of stock can translate into a wide variety of temperature assemblies. The Sensor Box™ is customizable to meet your process facility’s needs. Typical process industries that utilize the Sensor Box include power, chemical, offshore oil & gas and refining.
