The ONE Series is a multifunctional device – switch, gage, and transmitter – that installs via a single process connection while utilizing existing wiring, reducing installation cost. Patented IAW (I Am Working) self-diagnostics continuously communicate its health status, and increases operational and maintenance efficiency. Set point and deadband are fully adjustable and easily programmed through the display keypad or via HART connection. Certified for hazardous location, intrinsically safe and non-incendive area classifications. Typical applications that utilize the One Series include controlling rotating equipment – pumps, compressors, turbines, seal pot monitoring, filter monitoring, BOP and wellhead control, and cryogenic monitoring for LNG storage and transport.

The 100 Series is simple to install and operate for alarm, safety and emergency shutdown applications where preserving process uptime, and protecting personnel and equipment are paramount. The 400 Series is simple to install and operate, providing end-users multi-output alarm, safety and emergency shutdown functionality. It carries global agency certification. As an electromechanical switch, it can safely operate independently of the control system and switch reliably when called upon, free from potential communication errors or cyber concerns. Typical applications that utilize the 400 Series include regulating industrial gas production, and controlling assets like pumps, turbines, and compressors.

The 12 Series offers process end-users and OEMs, safety and control reliability in a rugged, compact design for alarm and emergency shutdown applications. It is certified to the requirements of ANSI/ISA 12.27.01 and NFPA 70 that stress the importance of properly sealing electrical equipment to prevent process media from entering the electrical conduit system no additional components or labor required. SIL 2 certification simplifies use in safety instrumented systems (SIS). Typical applications that utilize the 12 Series include offshore production safety panels, rotating equipment, fire suppression systems, BOP accumulator systems, and CO2 injection skids.

The 10 Series pressure switch is designed for light industrial applications as well as for OEM equipment.
