UF Airflow Centrifugal Sifter has a screen mesh similar to the shape of a cylinder installed inside the machine. Once material passes through the screw conveying system, it will reach the cylinder-shaped mesh to prepare it for screening. It will then be shifted towards the center of the chamber once it’s mixed with airflow and shredded into tiny atom-like particles.

The Unitfine U Type Screw Conveyor has a trough type tube which boasts multiple vents and outlets and has an inclination angle of 20° at the most. It also comprises of a driven device, hang bearing, conveyor casing, screw shaft, screw blade, and a bearing seat. Relatively, single or a combination of different screw equipment can be used to integrate akin to specific on-site standards/demands. The rotation of the model’s blade is initiated by a motor which then harvests the materials via the spiral towards the outlets.

Whether it be a wet powder or a pack of dry block materials, the Unitfine Oscillating Granulator will develop the material into fine and consistent granules. The machine comes with an elastically adjustable wire screen mesh that is easy to assemble and disassemble.
