These 6" Borewell Submersible Pump sets from Unnati Pumps are made of hard-wearing parts which make the pump sets highly durable. Radial flow (50 feet head) pump sets are fitted with stainless steel impellers and stage casing. Built-in check valves stop backflow and reduce the risk of water hammering. These pump sets are fitted with water-filled rewindable submersible motors with stators made of low watt loss laminations which ensures higher efficiency. Rotors are dynamically balanced and specially designed thrust bearings enable vibration and noise-free operation with minimum wear and tear. These pump-sets are used for Municipal water supply, Rural water supply, Irrigation, Sprinkler System, Industrial and mining application, Ponds - Gardens, and Pressure boosting units and fire fighting systems.

These 3" Borewell Submersible Pumpsets are fitted with virgin quality glass filled Noryl impeller. The optimal design of impellers and diffusers offer the best efficiency. These pump sets are powered by water-filled rewindable submersible motors of continuous duty. The stator is made up of low watt loss silicon lamination and is wound with high-grade copper wire which ensures higher efficiency.

Unnati UW3 series submersible motors are perfect for water-wells of 3-inches or larger diameter as it maintains uniform clearance for improved efficiency and longevity. The pre-filled motor comes with a mixture of clean water and anti-corrosion fluid. Fitted with polypropylene copper wires for stator winding and shaft seals, ‘O’ rings and sand guards these prevent lubricant leakage or ingress of well-water and pollutants. Additionally, the pump is fitted with radial and thrust bearings (water-lubricated) that resists the elevated axial thrust loads. The pressure-equalizing rubber diaphragms protect against the varying volumes and pressure and hence useful for residential use, fountains, gardening/horticulture, and pressure-boosting units.

Vertical Multistage Cast Iron Open Well Pump-sets – Lower Power Bills with Higher Water Discharge Rate.  This pump-set is fitted with meticulously designed sleeve and precisely machined tools for longevity and flawless operation. They are fitted with water-lubricated carbon-steel thrust bearings capable of withstanding higher axial thrust loads. Pressure-equalizing diaphragm prevents the loss of cooling water whilst accommodating the expansion of water inside motor. The vacuum impregnated and epoxy coated stator with thick-end laminations can resist corrosion and protect motor windings. The vacuum impregnated, polyurethane coated, shot-blasted and dynamically balanced stator can resist corrosion and offer vibration-free operation. These pumps can withstand voltage drops to 320 volts. They are used in irrigation, fountains, canals/river-belt irrigation, supplying water to high-rise building or community from open wells.

Unnati Pumps brings Horizontal Open-Well Pump-set: Ideal for Underwater Applications. Pumps are made of superior quality ‘cast iron’ for durability and longevity irrespective of the water quality. These pumps are easy to install and safe to handle having been fitted with advanced hydraulic design for flawless performance. Their front side is fitted with carbon bearing and stainless-steel thrust plate whilst the backside is fitted with SG iron plate with gunmetal bushes for longevity irrespective of the water-condition. Stamping is performed with electrical grade silicon steel for longevity and low power consumption. Balancing rotating components ensure vibration-free operation with minimum noise. It can be used in agriculture, different industries, irrigation or community water supply from open wells, canals or rivers.
