The RCC is a very flexible and universal machine for first treatment, dismantling, delamination and cleaning for many different input materials.

Down To Size Shredders break down and homogenize solids according to size. Depending on the application, UMS selects the ideal shredder aggregate from tried and tested units from European manufacturers.

The DHM ensures best delamination results of complex compound materials and cleaning of mixed metals. UMS-customer around the world value the exceptional performance processing e. g. shredder residuals, E-scrap (WEEE), populated and unpopulated boards, aluminum-copper radiators, aluminum scrap, Non-ferrous composites, fiber-metal-compounds, adhesive connections, vulcanized connections or productions scrap.

The air jig is an universal and highly flexible machine to separate materials of different density and/or particle shape.

The LSM screens solid mixtures according to their particle size. UMS has developed own Linear Screening Machines, since no product was available on the market fulfilling our requirements at the time.

The ECS allows the separation of conductive parts e. g. aluminum from solid mixtures. UMS and one partner have developed together our own Eddy Current Separator, since no product was available on the market fulfilling our requirements at the time.

The OMS extracts coarser magnetizable components from a material stream. The DMS is used for finer magnetizable particles instead. Depending on the material and the objective UMS choose tried-and-tested OMS from European manufacturers or makes use of its own DMS.

The Corona Roller Separator from our partner HAMOS enables the separation of conductive from non-conductive materials with small particle sizes e. g. metal-plastic mixtures.

With the well-proven CORE System ERP1, UMS offers a highly efficient combination of aggregates for the preliminary treatment of old equipment and composite scrap. The system is universally and quickly adaptable for a variety of input materials, and enables the immediate discharge of coarse iron and steel, as well as the targeted separation of recyclable fractions and pollutants.

With ERP2, UMS has created a very flexible system for extracting high-purity secondary raw materials from pre-shredded composite products. The aggregates used are not interlinked, but available as independent subsystems. This allows operators to react flexibly to variances in the input material, and to influence the quality of the fractions generated at any time.
