It also designs, engineer, procures, install, test and commission water desalination and power generation plants. It was incorporated in 2005 in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In the short span of seven years it has grown to generating and meeting the needs of water and power to an area of 300 sq km with a population of over 75,000.
