Vac Coat vacuum coating systems range from low/high-vacuum sputter coaters like DSR1 and DST1, generally used for sample preparation in electron microscopy imaging, to high-vacuum sputter coater/thermal evaporators systems like DST2-TG or DST3-T with many optional features including plasma cleaner, mainly used for thin film deposition for research purposes.
