The high performance butterfly valve is available in sizes 2` - 24` with a one piece wafer or lug body. Body materials include stainless steel and carbon steel and sealing standards in conformance with ASME 150/300 class rating. Top flange is drilled to ISO 5211 standards and utilize a flexible lip seal concept when disc closes. The true choice in a high performance butterfly valve need - available manual or actuated.

One piece disc and stem design in our high strength industrial split body butterfly valve series. Available in sizes from 2` - 24` and offered in both wafer and lug configurations. Unique, heavy duty body meets ANSI 125/150# standards. Available in cast iron body and ductile iron body. Our resilient seated butterfly valve is our most commonly sold butterfly valve.  This series butterfly valve comes with a Nylon PA12 coated disc option that ensures excellent corrosion resistance to various chemical media.  Top plate is double drilled to fit ISO5211 dimensions and standard secondary bolt circular dimensions.  All handles, gear operators and pneumatic actuators are designed to directly mount to our butterfly valves. Heavy duty acetyl bushing absorbs the force acting on the stem and disc assemble due to pressure.

Resilient seated ductile cast iron (and cast iron) butterfly valve series available in sizes 2` - 24` and 26` - 40`. Butterfly valves are offered in wafer and lug types. A high performance butterfly valve that meets ANSI 125/150# and ISO5211 bolt holes. High strength butterfly valve disc with hand polished edge and hubs.

NEMA 4X electric actuators are available with manual override and fine adjustable cams that allow 90 to 270 degree rotation. ISO 5211 for direct mount and 1/2` conduit entry (extra 1/2` entry optional). High torque output and a dependable lubricated gear train ensures long product life. Offered in 115VAC, 230VAC, 24VAC, 12VDC, 24DVC and 90VDC.

The direct mount brass ball valve series is available in sizes 1/4` up to 4` (inch) in size. With a working pressure up to 400PSI (150PSI steam), TFE seats and Viton O-rings and full ISO 5211 mounting pad - this is an ideal brass ball valve for actuation.

The general purpose carbon steel ball valve is available in sizes 1/4` - 4` with a working pressure of 1000PSI (150 PSI WSP steam rating). Available with NPT (threaded) or socket weld end connections. ISO 5211 mounting pad standard with optional padlocking device. *Not for direct mount actuation. Valtorc`s general purpose, industrial grade carbon steel ball valves are suitable for high pressure or temperature applications.  Rated for 1000PSI with PTFE seats and a 150PSI steam rating.  304 stainless steel handle and nuts with a high quality carbon steel body.

Brass body control valve available in sizes from: 1/2`, 3/4`, 1 1/4` up to 2` with an ANSI class 250 body rating. This series of control valves have hardened 17-4 stainless steel trim and hardware. Control valves for steam and water modulating applications.
