We offer our customers a wide range of balers for large bales. Our selection includes vertical balers with feeding conveyor(s), pit balers that are fed from ground level, and horizontal balers. The machines are suitable for both collected and bagged textiles and loosely sorted textiles. Extra options for each baler include a feeding system, automatic strapping, automatic bale evacuation, weighing, and so on.

We offer a variety of balers for small export bales. Our standard range includes VVH balers, DP balers, NDG balers and GD balers. Our models can be built either above ground, or below ground in a pit. Extra features for our small bale balers include, but are not limited to, feeding systems, automatic strapping, automatic bale evacuation and weighing systems

We offer a variety of balers for baling wipers in small bags or cardboard boxes. Our standard range includes manual, semi-automatic or automatic balers. Extra features include feeding systems for bales, automatic bale evacuation and weighing systems

We offer a variety of bagging machines for filling and prepressing material into big bags. These systems can be either operated fully automatic or semi-automatic, depending on your needs. Extra features include, but aren’t limited to, feeding conveyor(s) and automatic weighing systems. 

Our horizontal baling presses (S,M, and LH) are used to bale a wide range of synthetic fiber products. Our machines can handle any job, from fiber to textiles or other end-products. All horizontal presses include a PP strapping system.

Valvan’s automatic horizontal baling presses (S, M, and LH) are ideal for baling natural fibers in any production stage, from raw material to textiles, to other end-products. All baling presses are available with excellent knife/counter knife system or pre-pressing lid system. Additional features that can be added are automatic bale removal, weighing, labeling, stacking and storage systems.

The V-SKR is a single box fiber press. This machine is typically used for applications with low to medium capacity. This press handles about 3 to 14 bales per hour. We use a loader for greater capacity. In most cases, the machine is fed by a conveyor in conjunction with air transportation. As an option, the machine can be fitted with automatic wrapping, strapping, and bale evacuation.

The PTH-AT is a swivel box press or double box press. The machine is designed for materials with high resilience and expansion after compression. It can produce up to 37 bales per hour and is typically used for medium to high capacity applications. The press has either a spherical feeding lid or a loader, depending on the capacity. It is usually fed from the top with air transportation or a cutter. As an option, the press can be outfitted with automatic wrapping, strapping, and bale evacuation.

The GSA press features one pre-press box in addition to a finishing station. This fiber press is typically used in medium to high capacity applications. This press can handle up to 42 bales per hour. To ensure this capacity, the press uses a loader. Typically, the GSA is fed from the top by air transportation or a cutter. Optional features include automatic wrapping, strapping, and bale evacuation.

The upstroke tow baling press is used to compact endless slivers of tow into a high density bale. The press is usually fed via a tow can and can produce up to 8 bales per hour.
