We are continuously looking to expand our range of machines that we can offer to our customers.  As engineering company we constantly look to use our existing line in other market segments.  Sometimes by slightly modifying an existing type of machine, we can use it for totally different applications.  Also here with the rubber press.  We started from a press that compresses natural shives and pushes them directly into a bag.  After changing the necessary parameters (dimensions, pressing force, adding lubrification,…) in consultation with the customer, we were able to develop a new and suitable machine for the rubber pellets industry.

The request of the customer was to put the endless sliver of precursor of Carbon into a cardboard box. The main difference with classic plaiters is the fact that the customer requested to put the sliver without stretching or crimping (= 1 on 1) in the box. The system runs completely automatic and we compact with a pneumatic pusher very carefully the side where we are not plaiting at that time. Only tow cutting between 2 boxes is manual, even the box setup and evacuation is automatic.

The car crusher is especially designed to compact dismantled old cars in order to reduce the transportation cost or to save space in intermediate storing before further processing.
