Flue Gas Condensers
If something has been selling well for more than 40 years, then you’re justified in calling it proven quality. That’s true of the Van Dijk heating flue gas condenser, which makes it possible to cool down flue gases to a temperature below the dew point and in turn utilising the condensation heat generated by the flue gases. This results in better efficiency from your burner and significant savings on your energy bill. The working life achieved by a condenser will depend largely on the materials used. Growers get a seven-year warranty against leaks on the water side.
Van Dijk heating - Valves
At Van Dijk heating we have developed a range of valves to round off your boiler house and CO2 units. We can supply valves for any application, with designs and materials to your spec. Series 7.22 consists of butterfly valves for use in flue gas ducts with diameters varying from 200 to 1000 mm. Series 7.66 is made up of vacuum valves for use on CO2 collectors. These valves monitor the CO2 system. If the pressure drops too far, the valves open. Series 7.42 comprises PVC valves for use in PVC CO2 ducts, both above-ground and underground. We also stock a range of series of mix of valves and butterfly valves for use in CO2 and air systems.
