Patented Tellerettes technology puts the power in your tower. Verantis is the only environmental solutions group to provide you access to the power of Tellerettes. This unique tower packing boasts a patented toroidal helix design that makes Tellerettes dramatically more efficient than conventional packing material for mass transfer, heat transfer, and particulate collection. We design our scrubber systems with a large quantity of Tellerettes to increase residence time in the scrubber and improve removal efficiency. A shallow bed of Tellerettes can also be used to provide effective mist elimination.

Verantis® offers high performance chevron mist eliminators to remove liquid entrainment from gas streams with removal efficiencies up to nearly 100%. All wet scrubber designs incorporate mist eliminators or entrainment separators to remove entrained droplets, which contain the contaminants or particulate matter.

Verantis® provides a complete line of packing support plates to provide optimum free passage and ensure unrestricted flow in your scrubbing system’s tower.  Packing support plates allow for optimum open area while providing sufficient strength to support multiple levels of packing and the weight of liquid hold-up during column operation.
