Conveying

Screw Conveyors

As closed conveyor systems for various media. From horizontal to vertical conveying. Our spiral conveyors are particularly well suited for heavy transport of sludge or similar products. The endless spiral has no central pipe, so it cannot become clogged with sticky or matting material. Even heavy conveyed media, such as bioresidues, severely matting screenings or fibre materials can be conveyed without a problem.

Belts Conveyor

Conveyor systems for transporting materials gently, when space availability limited. Very long conveyor distances can be bridged with a single conveyor unit. Our troughed conveyor belts are manufactured as strong sheet steel equipment, or with tubular frames. Depending on the conveyor application, two-part or multi-part troughed or flat belt runs are available. As a rule, the reversing station is a belt tensioning drum. It is driven by gearmotors, designed as slip-on motors or chain drives, or by very compact drum motors.

Trough Chain Conveyors

As a closed conveyor system for high conveyor capacities. Designed as a continuous conveyor. Material conveyance to over 90°.

Grinding

Dual Shaft Grinder

Dual-shaft grinder technology to protect piping and pump systems, and improve the process. Pollutants are grinded by two intermeshing blade shafts. Product is conveyed either by pumps connected downstream, or by gravity. All grinded pieces are “chopped, hammered, and shredded” by multiple cutting blades. Materials that cannot be grinded are discharged into a dense medium trap at the bottom, depending on the model. This is done by an electronic auto-reverse controller that protects the grinder and indicates the operating state to the operators.

Screening

Discreens

Screening and removal of solids. Water removal to protect against contamination in downstream screening systems. The discreen is a dynamic screen equipped with several shafts. Each shaft has a number of discs and corresponding spacers mounted on it. The discs of the individual shafts engage with each other. All shafts rotate in the same direction. The solids are thus broken up in a gentle manner over the entire screening surface, then washed and transported to the discharge point. The different speeds also mean that the disc screen is constantly being automatically cleaned, so that the entire free screening surface area is available in all operating states. (occupancy factor = 0)

Dosing & Mixing

Lime Wash Systems

Various methods are available for producing lime wash. Mixing hydrated lime and water in a lime dissolution tank. The lime is stored in a silo and metered into the mixing tank via a bulk material discharge system while water is added. The high potential for metering and concentration is ensured by suitable measurement systems.
