VideoRay and Depro have partnered to develop a ROV containerized solution for use in the offshore oil and gas industry, fish farming and other applications. BLUEROC is a remotely operated container with setup to control and operate an inspection-class ROV. The subsea inspection equipment is made for operations down to a depth of 2,000 meters. The BLUEROC solution is more affordable, smaller, more flexible and easier to use than many other systems.

VideoRay has strategically placed fully Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) throughout the world to accommodate our global clientele. ASCs have been trained to quickly diagnose and repair any issues with your VideoRay ROV system. They keep an inventory of parts and spares for quick turnaround in an effort to minimize downtime.

Comprehensive support & maintenance program for VideoRay ROV Systems. Ensure your Pro 3, Pro 4, or Mission Specialist investment is covered in the event that things beyond your control (or under your control) go wrong.

Annual ROV Service & Checkup (All models of Pro 3 and Pro 4, Scout, Voyager, and Explorer). Is your VideoRay ROV ready to perform at its best when you need it? Just like you need an annual check-up, your VideoRay system can benefit from a thorough inspection by experts at the factory. For only $275, we will go over your system thoroughly, performing a 30-point inspection while replacing your submersible’s main domes, light domes, and o-rings. Any and all additional upgrades or services that the equipment requires will be sent to you in an itemized list for review. You can then decide what items make sense for you (if any,) and be assured that your system is working at its best.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Contact VideoRay for information regarding warranty extension and warranty availability for transferred ownership. Subject to the limitations and / or exclusions specified herein, VideoRay will repair or replace, at its expense and at its option, any system or component, which in normal use has proven to be defective in material or workmanship within two (2) years of the date of purchase. For claims that are authorized under the provisions of this warranty during the first year of the warranty period, VideoRay will pay for the shipping of affected product(s) from the owner to VideoRay, or its authorized Dealers, and return shipment of the repaired product(s) or their replacement(s) to the owner. In order to take advantage of this, the customer must contact VideoRay for an RMA number and shipping instructions.

Product Extended Limited Warranty: VideoRay customers may purchase an extended warranty for their VideoRay equipment under the Extended Warranty Program.

VideoRay is pleased to offer our industry-leading VideoRay Remotely Operated Vehicle systems for rent. If you are not in a position to invest in a VideoRay ROV system, and only need it for a day, a week, or a month, consider taking advantage of this program. All of our rental equipment goes through a rigorous quality control process before being mobilized to your destination and is guaranteed to function properly. If not, we will replace it immediately at our expense.

Interested in upgrading your VideoRay? Whether you are using a VideoRay 2000, a VideoRay Pro 3 or a ROV from a different manufacturer, your system can be upgraded with the latest VideoRay technology. VideoRay has worked with several ROV owners and professionals to relieve them of their headaches and loss of productivity by offering plans that will get users into a reliable VideoRay ROV.  It doesn`t matter whether your system is currently working or not. We will work with any Observation or Inspection class ROV from any manufacturer.
