Vincenty, Heres & Asociados (VHA) is a leading environmental engineering organization in Puerto Rico. Our experience goes back more than 50 years, when our partners were involved in the planning, design, and construction of new wastewater facilities. Since that time, we have continued to work for clients in both the private and public sector.
