BB Band Brackets are a completely solid unit of steel welded together and designed for a universal fit. Two mounting holes allows mounting directly to any surface. Current models range from 5″-18″, but variations can be created upon request. Further customization capabilities include: band width and metal gauge thickness for added strength and support, placement of mounting holes, and placement of band closure.

The Vortox CFA or Forced Air style Inlet Cap is designed for truck use at highway speeds. Its angled screen eliminates the accumulation of snow and ice, which will shut down a diesel engine. The frontal air intake design allows water to flow to the back of the cap where it drains out of the slot. Inlet Caps, or Rain Bonnets, are an essential component in the protection of filter elements used in both dry and oil wash air cleaners. They function as a pre-filtering mechanism for the air cleaner, preventing large particles of debris from potentially harming the air cleaner and filter element in addition to shielding water ingress.

In negative pressure, the initial media filters out contamination in the air stream that could potentially harm internal components. When used in a positive pressure application, oil and dirt are captured in the filter media contained within the internal reservoir. As air flow stops, the oil will flow back to its source from the reservoir. The outer media serves as a secondary filter prior to the air re-entering the atmosphere oil free.

The AB style dry air cleaner is designed for vertically mounted applications where a horizontal or side outlet tube is required. All AB style air cleaners are multistage in design, which removes the heavier dust particles and forces them into the bottom cup due to the vortex motion that the spinning air creates. An internal disc design prevents back flow by keeping the dust captive in the cup. Most AB styles are available with or without an ejection valve. If an ejection valve is not used, manual cleaning of the trapped dust is required. All AB air cleaners are constructed of rigid and durable Electro Galvanized coated Carbon Steel and finished in a black polyester powder coating.

Vortox ABA dry air cleaner is designed for vertically mounted applications where a horizontal (side) outlet mounting flange is required. The flange allows direct mounting of the air cleaner to an inlet system without additional mounting hardware. 

If heavy dust is the problem, then AD style multistage dry air cleaners are the answer. Designed for horizontal mounting, AD dry air cleaners are available with single or double louvers for maximum dust removal and high air flow. All AD air cleaners are constructed of rigid and durable Electro Galvanized coated Carbon Steel which is finished in a black powder coating.

G series Oil Bath Air Cleaners are used in stationary diesel equipment that is exposed to heavy dust and oil such as excavating equipment, long-run gasoline or diesel units, and large dirt moving equipment. The G series is designed for service on engines and compressors where a clamped hose or flexible tubing connection is pre-existing. Equipped with a horizontal tubular outlet and provisions for an extended inlet cap, the G style is suitable for vertical mounting with the aid of a Saddle Bracket. Additionally, the customer receives a choice of rods or clamps to secure the oil cup. Both are cadmium plated to prevent rusting. 

The GA series, similar to the G series in body style, provides a large dust holding capacity and makes intake noise minimal. The GA style is designed for service on engines and compressors where a direct connection can be made with companion flanges. GA air cleaners are suitable for direct vertical mounting. Due to its flanged connection, the cleaner does not require the support of mounting bands or brackets.
