The Easy Drum separator is made in a width of 600 till 1200 mm. The separator can separate a waste stream in two waste streams, one consists of heavy parts and one stream of light waste. The Easy Drum separator is almost ready to use when it is delivered.

Walair started to build this Drum airseparator to have less cleaning effort and better separation result as compared to The walair Airseparator.

The big brother of our Drumseparator, equipped with a second separation unit. With this it will be possible to very precisely separate a waste stream in three part flows. The Walair 3-way Drum-separator is separating one waste stream in 3 waste streams, a heavy, middle and light fraction.

The Walair 3-way Drum splitter especially is made to split a waste stream in 3 separate waste streams.

The Walair 4-way Drum-separator is separating one waste stream in 4 waste streams, a heavy, middle and light and very light fraction.

Walair delivers rotating separators to separate waste from air. The extracted waste is falling down pressure less on the bottom of the separator. The air with dust is transported to a dust filter. Mostly the separator works under under pressure. A high efficiency fan is placed behind the separator or the dust filter. No material goes through the fan. With waste it is not possible to deliver a maintenance free separator. For that reason we have made the under pressure box around the separator bigger. In this box 3 big doors are made with easy access. From this moment of this new development is delivered at all the Walair separators.

Walair makes dust filters in many designs of semi-continuous to full continuous cleaning. The dust can be collected in plastic bags, metal containers, it can be pressureless drained with a twist lock etc. etc. The Walair dust filters are made until air capacities up to 150.000 m3/hour.

The Walair fans are the most used in the recycling industry, where our airseparators play an important role. But also in the paper and board industry they are used frequently used for material transport and reduction (choppingfans).But also fans for the extraction of air and dust belong to our product range.
