Model PRO XF - Threaded Dust Filters
Available in 2″, 2 1/2″ and 3″ Threaded and DN80 and DN100 Flanged Housings, PRO XF provides a robust and compact range of Particulate Filters that is ideal for use in multi-compressor installations and skid-based packages. Ease of installation and maintenance has been fundamental in the design of PRO XF. A top loading design provides easy access to the filter element via screw cap, and the ‘Easy Grip’ element handle facilitates quick and efficient element change out. With a new externally accessible drain, eliminating the need to the internal of the filter bowl to remove the drain, servicing has never been easier. PRO XF’s unique filter element is designed to deliver optimum performance in line with the highest standards of air purity, when tested in accordance with ISO 8573-1:2010.

Prodry - Model PD0046 - PD0360 - Desiccant Dryers
The Walker Filtration range of PRODRY heatless desiccant compressed air dryers deliver uncompromising performance and a highly efficient supply of dry, clean air to the point of application. The all new, larger flow, PRODRY models feature major design changes to include dewpoint management and provide a superior dryer with exceptional performance. Our new, larger flow, PRODRY models utilise the latest in drying technology – featuring significant enhancements on previous models of this size. Improvements include: Enhanced desiccant bed, a smaller and more compact design, improved performance, dramatically reduced service and installation time, and the option to upgrade the standard LED controller to a DMC controller – offering multi-dewpoint selection, purge control, and delivering up to 81% increase in operating efficiencies.
Model PD004 - PD035 - PRODRY Desiccant Dryers
The Walker Filtration range of PRODRY heatless desiccant compressed air dryers deliver uncompromising performance and a highly efficient supply of dry, clean air to the point of application. With flow rates from 4 – 35 scfm, our range of lower flow PRODRY Desiccant Dryer models provide a proven solution for compressed air drying and are ideal for smaller point of use applications. This proven range utilises the latest in drying technology and all models are supplied as standard with a XA grade 0.01 micron coalescing filter, an integrated X1 grade 1 1 micron dust filter, and a float drain. Benefits include reduced purge rate, compact design, and energy and condensate management features, making for an energy efficient dryer with reduced operating costs.

Alpha Water Separator
Integrating into Walker Filtration’s compressed air filtration range, the Alpha Water Separator combines proven centrifugal technology with a new forward-thinking housing design to deliver market leading water removal efficiencies – eliminating 99% bulk water with continuously low differential pressure. The custom engineered centrifugal module features unique vanes to eliminate points of low efficiency, and a vortex arrestor to stop re-entrainment – ensuring minimal operating pressure loss and maintaining excellent liquid removal, even at low velocities. No replacement components are required, making Walker Filtration’s Water Separators a viable and cost-effective solution for removing bulk water from compressed air. Walker Filtration Water Separators are tested in accordance with ISO 12500-4: 2009.
Model PRO XF - Water Separators
Our PRO XF range includes Water Separators, Complete Filter and Filter Modules which, when combined, deliver a compact and cost effective multi-banked filtration solution. The modular design always starts with a Water Separator, or Complete Particulate / Coalescing Filter. The PRO XF Water Separator uses centrifugal force to remove 99% of bulk water found in compressed air systems to avert water contamination. Our PRO XF Water Separators enhance the reliability of a compressed air system, eliminate the problem of costly downtime and are tested in accordance with ISO 12500-4. This ensures minimal operating pressure loss and maintains excellent liquid removal, even at low velocities. No replacement components are required for the PRO XF Water Separator, making Walker Filtration’s water separators a viable, cost effective solution.
Fabricated Flanged Water Separators
An ideal filtration solution for larger flow applications of up to 25500 Nm³/h (15000 scfm), our range of Flanged Water Separator Filters include connections ranging from DN80 to DN300. Stainless steel internal parts for maintenance free operation and a side mounted drain port provides permanent drainage to an electronic drain or for a drain balance line. The Walker Filtration Fabricated Flanged Water Separators is used to remove bulk liquid following the compression of air. By installing the Fabricated Flanged Water Separator, you will reduce the risk of contamination to production equipment, product spoilage, and costly shutdowns caused by damage of high levels of moisture and condensate in the system. Constructed from robust carbon steel, our Flanged filters are fitted with dual sided differential pressure indicators for easy viewing. Our Flanged filters have been designed to EN 286-1 and compliant to SPVD (87/404/EEC).
