Water ApS products
UV Systems
Helios - UV Systems
Although, the control units have a simple design, they are reliable and easy to handle. Our control systems monitor continually the electrical parameters of the UV systems.
Water-ApS - Small UV Systems
Ultraviolet light is commonly applied as a secondary process in drinking water applications, secondarily treated effluent from water treatment plants, aquaculture and swimming pool water facilities. UV-based treatments accomplish efficient and rapid cleaning of the water without leaving any residual disinfectant behind.
Water-ApS - UV Lamps
The UV lamps used for water purification are low (LP) and medium pressure (MP), emitting at 253.7 nm, a wavelength that is bactericidal and may also deactivate cysts and oocysts of protozoa such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium, which are important eukaryotic pathogens resistant to chlorine and Clostridium-bacteria usually found in hospital waste water.
Water ApS - Electronic Ballasts
Water ApS electronic ballasts of 50/60 Hz power (equivalent to 115 or 230 volts, respectively) are standard drivers for low-pressure amalgamlamps in water and air purification industry. Electronic ballasts are more efficient than magnetic ballasts. The operation of UV-lamps at higher frequencies reduces end losses, resulting in an overall lamp-ballast system efficiency, increased of up to 20%. Water ApS electronic ballasts can operate with either one or more lamps, therefore the total number of ballasts in the UV reactor is reduced. Water ApS Ballast systems are able to perform with either OxyGuard® Commander systems, RS485, Modbus or other protocols.
Oxygen
Dox - Oxygen Generator with Adsorption Dryer
Water ApS offers oxygen generator based on the PSA technology. The produced oxygen can either be used as feed gas for ozone generation or to enrich water based facilities, e.g. aquaculture with oxygen. This high quality standard oxygen generator operates efficiently for your application with minimum maintenance cost.
AirSep Mini Pack - Oxygen Generator
AirSep’s Mini Pack Series Oxygen Generators produce up to 95% oxygen concentration. Designed specifically for applications with fixed flow and pressure characteristics, the reduced size oxygen receiver feature of our Mini Pack Generators offers a quick start-up and a significantly smaller footprint than comparable systems that utilize a standard, separate receiver. Once you provide electricity and a source of compressed air, these dependable machines will provide oxygen for just about any application. AirSep Mini Pack generators are designed to produce between 45 psig and 55 psig (310-379 kPa or 3-3.4 barg) output pressure (only 50 psig (310-345 kPa or 3-3.4 barg) for the AS-A Mini Pack), a -100°F (-73°C) dew point, and are available in 120 VAC or 220 VAC.
OxyGuard - Oxygen Probe
The OxyGuard Standard Probe – the probe that revolutionised oxygen monitoring. The probe that you can purchase today is even better than the probe introduced in 1987 that helped revolutionize fish farming and make modern aquaculture the industry it is today.Today’s OxyGuard Standard Probe is hermetically sealed. If needed you can open it to replace the membrane and renovate it completely, but this should not be needed for many years.
Ozone
Gaia - Ozone Generator
It is essential to cool the ozone generator by fan or liquid cooling, to keep its performance optimal. There are different methods and equipment for that. Recommended temperature: 5° to 20° celcius.
Water-ApS - Ozone Sensor
Ozone is applicable in several industrial and consumer applications related to oxidation. Although it is a powerful oxidant and a sufficient water disinfectant, ozone is suspicious of causing damages in mucous and respiratory tissues in both animals and plants when it exceeds the concentration of 100 ppb (maximum recommended level). Therefore, the need for its monitoring has emerged. Water ApS has created an ozone sensor which is able to detect ozone at 0.06 ppm (equal to 60 ppb).
